7. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE RESOLVED VIA ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION INSTEAD OF IN COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY. If a dispute cannot be settled through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt mediation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
You are agreeing to give up any legal right you may have to participate in a class action.
